Howdy, I’m Jay Swank, a project, travel and landscape photographer working and living in SW Ohio.
Whether I’m shooting a landscape, an event, or custom project, there isn’t a better feeling than capturing that perfect moment.
Photography started as a pure hobby for me several years ago. It was a distraction from the hustle and bustle of my engineering work and allowed me to exercise my creative side.
Since I tend to be an “all in” kind-of guy, it wasn’t long until I was snapping photos that people wanted prints of and shortly after, the project and travel work began.

Today, I live a split life where I spend a portion of my time in a “traditional job”, yet the bulk of my energy is working as a photographer and videographer. While I live in SW-Ohio, I am often traveling for projects and personally so you never know where I will end up or where my work is inspired from.
